This has happened before,
I knew it would come again.
I told myself to be ready,
Ready for anything.
But this, I wasn't ready for.
How could you go so low?
As low as this?
If you are trying to tear me down,
Oh…its working.
Not only did you go so low,
You got closer and closer
As we grew farther and farther apart.
I try to stand strong,
Oh so strong.
Then the last hit comes,
Harder than ever.
That's when I'm done fighting.
I let you keeping on and on.
As I sit here,
Soaking it in,
And that's when I found out,
That I hate my heart,
More than my life,
For letting you do this to me.
