Love through the Pain

Lost...
In the dark,
There is no light.
Not even a spark.

Tears...
They slide down my cheek.
Softly crying.
Not allowed to speak.

Blood...
Running through my veins.
Are they the cause,
To these horrible pains?

Fear...
Another word for dread.
Can you stop the voices?
The ones in my head?

Pain...
Burning pain.
Coming down heavier,
Than the hail and the rain.

Sorrow...
The word echoes in my mind.
Feeding on my soul.
Making me blind.

Love...
The aching of my heart.
You came into me.
Why did it start?

You find my soul,
You dry my tears.
You stop the flow,
And you end my fears.
You end the pain
And the sorrow of my years.
Do you love me?
I whisper into your ear.
If you do.
Then hold me near.
