I thought this was love, when someone makes you laugh,
They remain in your mind, as The One, not the half

It seemed like forever, pulled into her deep blue eyes,
Me and her being together, every move was a surprise

Out of down right nowhere, I was attracted by the Triple Threat,
Seduced into her ways, though wrong, my body I just let

I figured, this I just found was The One, the old was just a lie,
The new gave me a sensation, Beyond the brink of shy

I love you's in every sentence, A kiss every good-bye,
I couldn't ask for any more, Until I awoke and asked myself why?

She found her previous lover, And decided he needed her more,

Why did I not see her faults, Until after I noticed mine,
I could have dismissed her lure, What I had back then was fine

I really was in true love, When those dark blue eyes were all mine,
