Pure little virgin

A pure little virgin
Dressed all in white
Clean and simple
Oh what a sight

She walks down the street
And everyone stops to stare
She knows they're looking
But she doesn't care

She walks like the models
All teenagers try to be
But she can't be just like them
Because they know she's a virgin, you see

She's too clean
And she's too pure
She's never been through the act
That's hard for some young girls to endure

She notices the looks
From the boys that are called bad
But would she choose to lose it to one of them?
Her indecision makes her sad

Then she sees him
Her bright shinning knight
She’d do anything for him
He’s her only light

He says he loves her
And that love will never go
Does she love him too?
Through a certain act, that love she could show

She doesn't know if she's ready
And when she says it he gets mad
You don't really love me, he says
And that makes her sad

If that's the way to prove it
Then why not?
It won't be so bad
She said, with not another thought
So one week later
Her parents went out
He came over
And what happened made her shout

She didn’t really realize
How much pain there would be
But now she knew;
She was a small girl, you see

He’d made her bleed
Her pure virgin blood
He hadn’t meant to,
But it was a deep scarlet flood

Finally it was over
And she was no longer pure
She’d hurt for days after
Of that she was sure

She was different after that
On the inside and the out
She had bloodstains on her thighs
And bruises all about

She now looked at the world
Through a new pair of eyes
And new pair of eyes
That got used to no cries

She rarely saw him again
He wanted no more
He told his friends once was enough
With that little whore

But it didn’t hurt her
Nothing could now
She was a new person
She made it, although I’m not sure how

She’s a new person
But that isn’t so bad
She’s very happy now
Hardly anything makes her sad

She’ll never forget him
Her first shinning knight
He changed her, for the better
He gave her her own light

Now she hardly ever cries
She says she has no reason to be sad
She just looks ahead in her life
At all the good times that can be had

She still walks down the street
With her head held high
The way she walks
Still makes the bad boys sigh
