It’s like the sun went away for a day
Left me and faded away
For today is the day that I miss you
And today I wonder if you feel it too
It’s like the whole world stops
Stops and stands still
Against all of my will
For today I don’t want to feel this pain
Feel it and have nothing from it to gain
I don’t want to feel all this
Feel all these things that are so hard to feel
I can’t feel the warmth of the sun today
Just the cold warmth of the tears on my cheeks
There are no words left to say
Feelings are empty today
Only the cloudiness in my eyes
Simply left
From the river of my tears
Why does this pain of nothing hurt so bad
There is nothing to feel
At least, nothing that is real
And with every drip drop falling
I can hear the pain calling
Set up by the clouds instead of the sun
They covered up the warmth of the sun
For it reminds me of you
You and you’re love in return for me too
It feels like this darkness of the day goes on forever
Never stopping, everlasting to an extent
But you see this feeling does go on forever
Because today isn’t just today
I just want it to be today
But in reality
Today is everyday
