There are many challenges in life, many obstacles
Too much to do in the short time we are here on this Earth
We make plenty of mistakes in the mean time
It happens though, it seems inevitable
We suffer through the bad times and laugh during the good
But we know that we don't have to laugh or suffer alone
There will be a friend next to us saying "I'm right here with you"
This friend is a great comfort to us and we smile back
So if we choose wisely, our friends will never abandon us
And we shall never abandon them in there times of need
For we know that we don't have face life's challenges alone
For there will be that friend to lean on
For as long as we are here, they are here with us
Through thick and thin and beat this game called life
