Nibbles the Squirrel

I know a squirrel
Named Nibbles
Her life is a whirl
When she eats dog kibble.

She runs down a tree,
It's her own life she risking,
To get some dog kibble you see.
I'm glad that's not me.

She goes through the dogdoor,
She takes a piece,
And then wants more.
Will the wanting cease?

She eats 'til she's full,
Runs back out,
And gives her fellow squirrels
A happy shout.
