I sleep soundly
Encased in your arms
Breath against my neck
Legs tangled
My dreams are rainbow strewn
Hand in hand we wald
Your sweet words replayed
"Beautiful...that laugh...
Your smile grabbed me across the room."
The unbuttoning of shirts
The unzipping of pants
Bodies entwined in
This forbidden dance
My number you wanted
My time as well
But when I awake, you are gone
And you- last name unknown
Have fulfilled my expectations
My sleepy eyes open
To another morning after.
