Minutes Can Mean the World

I hate the way you used to look at me and smile,
I hate the way you made my days worth while.

I hate how i still look at you as the perfect one,
I still love you, but we are now over and done.

You walk by me day by day, with out a single glance,
I don't know what happened, you hardly gave me a chance.

I should have known someone like you wouldn't have liked me,
You told me you loved me, then you turned to she.

Every time i see you, i can only picture this,
Looking into your eyes, leaning in for that kiss.

That five minuets will never leave my mind,
You lips on mine, our love was combined.

Holding each other tight, not wanting to let go,
Our love was there, it truly did show!

What happened kissing one minute, the next your gone,
But you are always on my mind, from dusk to dawn.

I don't see why you tore my heart in two,
Your gone, but i still love you.

Its interesting how a couple of minutes can mean the world to one,
And minutes later, your gone and my world is fallen, my world is done.
