The skies weeped as I knelt down toward your hell
How long I remained in that place, I can never tell
Tied down again, you left without a trace,
I fell to the ground as scars of sorrow stained my face
All of my life I begged for you to come to me,
I plead that someone would look at me and see
What lies beneath this vail of imperfection
And then I found you, beautiful as you are and knew
Love will last forever, far after blood has drained through
But death got to you first, and it seems it's taken me
As I looked into your pale face, I felt myself die slowly
I've been dead all these years, and I think it's about time
That I finally came to join you, for you to once again be mine.
