Over My Decomposing Body

You see me when I sleep,
and hear me when I speak,
I'm everything you need,
and I'm your dirty deed.
I whisper to you at night
from the closet where you hid me
and you run your destructive fingers
along my cold skin
feeling sorry for the life you rid me.
My screams echo and repeat
in your ears
as your composure slowly disappears.
You are drenched in perspiration
at your minds sick recreation.
Of that night and where did you hide my fingernails?
My face is losing the life you loved
as it grows more and more plastic pale.
But please, don't feel sorry my friend,
don't you remember how simply my little neck bended?
As you tore me to pieces with your hands
and my elastic skin snapped like rubber bands.
I was the happiness you could never obtain,
so you took mine and stopped the blood cold in my veins.
Did you feel pleasure as you dragged me by my bloodstained hair?
good thing I couldn't see as my empty sockets stared,
by the love of your thumbs work
Did you save my lips?
and my fingertips?
See how easily my soft skin rips?
When you use a knife, cut me out of my life.
A frozen heart preserved, the artificial love you deserved.
I'm everything you need,
and I'm your dirty deed.
