I'm the son of a proud race
Once Mexican, Texan, now United States
I am a victim of a united nation
Mexican past, american immigration
Mexican, Chicano, Beaner, Hispanic
American, mojow, chuntaro, spic
Confused about who i am
Boy, girl, woman, man
Label me for your stats
Learning or Killing: white, brown, black
All these thoughts, I'm so confused
Is the info really used
Does it matter that I'm brown
You still do nothing for my town
The schools, the streets, the people lack
Check the box: white, brown, black
Wasting paper, wasting space
Mexican, American, I'm out of place
