The Beauty In An Out of Focus Shot

The disparages that flows
through out troubled minds
aren't much to spill blood mixed tears over
your well defined jaw line.
Well, if they cared at all
they wouldn't be called human beings.
They're all partial to it,
but I see an ax called "insolence"
driving you to a premature tomb.
And if they could they'd chop you up
to pieces
and bleeding hearts will grow
wherever you go.
Go home and get away
from the echoing accusations they so carelessly scatter,
feigned and false,
go home to another disappointment.
The details of your lamentable life are read like a Shakespearean play.
Girl, You've got a lot of pizazz
and I'll be the first to cry
if they leave you stark naked, without an excuse.
So turn the music up loud
and wear your tear ducts out.
The faith you had in humanity
is being eroded by an ignorant sea.
I promise. We'll go on that trip to North Dakota,
just to say we went,
just to say we lost our heads.
taking our sweet time
away from reoccurring wounds
and desperate measures made by a half insane believer.
Oh I know it hurts,
pining away as an unrequited goes undeserved.
Well let me tell you,
this gets harder the more vulnerable we become.
Takes a lifetime to turn away from this.
