And I can remember it all,
With a smile.

Laying lazy with a new ideal
Stuck in out minds.
I can remember the sun,
Beating too hot on our backs
And the exhausting walking
Our legs couldn't take.
Our thoughts were directed at
Only one thing,
and it was beautiful.
It was beautiful.
Those days were sweet
Like the nectar of the flowers
Surrounding us -
Encaptured by us.
We digested the time like
Mac'n'cheese with lemonade
And lived every second
Like Fate.
Every moment, every fiber of us,
Every time I looked into your eyes,
Was Heaven.
My love for your poetic words
Grew with every love song
About me.
Our love was rare,
Like a flower gone undiscovered
We loved each other with
Every breath.
And with every lesson we learn,
Every hill we climb,
Every time you smile,
I know that at the end of Time
It was all worthwhile.
