I look out my window today,
As life passes me by,
And the seconds tick away.

The seconds turn to minuets as,
Minuets turn to days,
Wanting the memories everyone else has.

But I sit staring off into my dreams,
Watching everyone else live,
I'm already dead it seems.

My lifeless heart beats on,
How am I still here?
Should I not already be gone?

I have no life without my love,
Someone took him away,
Now he watches me from above.

My families never here and my friends aren't around,
Where are they?
I let out cries, but no one hears a sound.

My days are going by,
Staring out this window,
I glare into the sky.

Looking at my life that I had,
Dreaming of my dreams,
Trying not to be more sad.

I see your smile, I see your face,
I feel you kiss,
I stare off into space.

I dream of falling asleep in your arms,
Watching others,
I now hear the alarms.

Instead of watching some else's I should live my own,
Live my dreams,
To the extent be unknown.

But as I stare off into the darkened sky,
Dreaming of my dreams,
Not reality, watching my life pass me by.
