Looking for happiness
In the mist of the night
Searching for the one
To help me beat this fight.
A whisper in the sky
Calling to me
Giving me something
To believe.
I’ll wait patiently
For the one
To make my wish
Really become.
Will I be hurt again?
My heart’s so scared
Never found the one
Who truly cared.
As I keep on giving
My heart is slowly dyeing
Behind my closed eyes
Is someone who’s crying.
Never giving up
If only you knew
That in reality
