When I met him I wanted him right then
It took all I had to hold my emotion in.
I wanted to grab him and hold him tight
Even though I'd only known him for just one night.
As time passed by, I thought I'd
met the man of my nightly dreams.
Little did I know that
he would belong not only to me.
There's another, she's in his heart,
she's there all day long.
I thought I could remove that past,
but apparently I was wrong.
I sure do wish he was still here
and not back in her arms.
For I miss this man who made
me feel so amazing and so strong.
He made think I was his world,
That was was special too.
Little did I know that I was being used.
I still love him, I still want him back,
I wish he could move on from the past.
