That day broke my heart
you always said we would never be apart
well... you left me for her
she was supposed to be my best friend
and it was gonna be like that tell the end
i only thought you two were friends
but i guess i was wrong
you wanted her and she wanted you
there was nothing i could do
i sat in my room for days and days
just sitting there staring into space
i gave you all my heart
just for you to crush it and throw it in the dark
i feel like this everyday
then i just sit down
and say to my self he'll come back for me
he always said that we belonged together
and that was gonna be forever
i sit there looking at the knife
everyday i wish i could take my life
i just sit there and cry
i'm still waiting for you to come back to me
i'll be waiting for you all of my life
just hurry before i get to the knife
because that knife will be the one to take my life
