My brother

There he is receiving scars
Skinning knees and dodging cars
Thanking his many lucky stars
That mother isn't watching

Hitting golf balls with a bat
(Though he knows their not used for that)
Watched by Tom the alley cat
Who's seen this show before

Begging to light some things aflame
Though the answer is the same
That pyronics won't be his claim to fame
Much to his chagrin

So my brother mopes around
Till something more annoying’s found
And up again my brother's wound.
Here's to younger siblings.
