I feel so helpless,
None of this matters any more,
You are gone for good,
Yet I lay crying on the floor.

Your not here any longer,
But anything I see or do,
Hear or say,
It all sends my mind back to you.

I'm alone and,
Any time my mind starts to wander,
It goes straight to you,
I don't think I can take this much longer.

All the time,
I can just see your smile, see your face,
I dream about you,
No matter the time or place.

And the memories,
Jolts the pain and the tears,
I try to fall asleep,
But only your handsome face appears.

After everything you've done,
I would take you back in a heartbeat,
And all the pain you have caused me,
The sound of your name still appears so sweet.

I wish I didn't feel this way,
I wish I could truly say I don't care,
But that would be a lie,
I spend every moment wishing you were there.
