A Death Not Taken

She watches you leave her stranded
You don’t realize how hard it is to be abandoned
This isn't’t how she really is inside
She loves you so much she cried
Just for you to hold on
Just for you to dream foregone
It weakens her to death
Taking her last breath
Blood drips down her chest
As she laid to rest
You scream, she cry
But all you could do was just try
But you put no effort
She dripped from the knife stabbed inside her
If only you gave her a chance
To believe
All she wanted was just romance
But you rejected her soul
The heart you stole
You ripped it apart
Tossing it in the dirt
When u cussed her out she took it to heart
She stood deserted with blood on her skirt
Don’t tell me you didn't love her
Don’t tell me you didn’t care for her
Why are crying
Then, why are you denying
How many times do I have to tell you
Her death is true
Only for you
To understand
Her love was true
You had her heart on the palm of your hand
