Skies of light

Passion unfolding through a misty night
My heart for you yearns and clings to you tight.

I feel your body on warm ocean sand,
under stars of light, a sky so grand.

The heat of our being, the touch of your skin
I want nothing more than to be let in.

Into your heart, into your soul,
I love you, but I must have more.

Your body is fantastic, your smile is divine,
but I need your heart, because you already have mine.

Under skies of light, on a beach of sand,
I make love to you, and give you my hand.

Inside my hand is my heart made of glass,
please take care of it, it's the one I have left.

It's cracked already from loves gone wrong,
But I know you can mend it if your love is strong.

Hold my body and take my heart,
For I love you my dear with all of my might.
