Patiently Waiting....

I'm sitting here in my room
Dreaming of you
I adore you from afar
And every night I wish on every star
Hoping you'll someday be mine
The sun doesn't shine
And there's no light in the moon
whenever I'm not with you

You make me feel like I can be myself
Just me and no one else
I count the days until you say what I always wanted to hear
Until the day I can shed one happy tear
But for now I'll just sit here...
