You’ve always been beside me like any second I would break and have always
looked upon me, every move that I make. You’ve always been right there every
time I turn around. You’re always there to catch me right before I hit the
ground.

You’re always there with a smile and to wipe my tears you’re always there
with understanding and to take away my fears.

Every time I’m so angry your there with your embrace, and every time I’m so
upset you bring your happy face.

When I’m lost and all alone I can wander to your arms
When I’m scared I go to you to rid away all harms.

You’re such a warm person and I love you so very much.
I love all about you. Your smile, voice, and touch.

You love me so all is right, just like a warm hug so tight.
I know you understand me I’ll tell it all to you
You tell me you’ll protect me no matter what I do.

You’ll be my shield to darkness and my wings of light
You guide me through the bad times and make everything all right.

And I’m so glad that you’ll guide me all of my life through.
Being my wings my hope and light, and just being you.

So no matter how I far fall and the number of my mistakes
You’ll always be right there like any second I would break.
