It all started with just one tear
Which lead to one drop of blood
Then began adding to all my fear
Because I knew just one wasn’t enough

The first cut wasn’t deep
But it got to the pain
All the pain I wanted to keep
But make it all so much stronger

I wanted to feel the pain on the outside
As I do the in
I needed them to be tied
Or so to feel as if they were one

The blade gives me a warm feeling
And I know it will always be here for me
Its just helps with the dealing
And it wont turn its back on me as if it were you

It will always be at my side
To help me fight my battles
You said you would but you lied
But I got its promise in blood
