There are other fish in the sea
I set out the bait
But are you still there,

I never saw you stare at me
Didn’t see the twinkle in your eye
And everytime I was with another guy
I ignored your little sigh

Never heard or saw anything
I was oblivious to it all
But now I see everything
I’m catching every signal

Why didn’t I ever notice
How easy it was to hold your hand
How wonderful it was to talk to you
You’d always understand
And now, everytime I look into your eyes
It hits me, and I realize
That that little look, stare, sigh from the side
Were unspoken words from deep inside
And I’ll never forgive myself for not noticing before
I keep regretting it more and more
All the time that we wasted in the past
Just motivates us to make these moments last

I wish that all your kisses on my cheek
Would move to meet my lips
And your protective hands on my shoulders
Would lower to greet my hips

When you breathed near my shoulder
You’d send shivers down my spine
When you brushed against my hand
I’d wish that you were mine

And I know
