darkness slowly eating light
so is my innocence
being stripped away from me
day after day

not knowing waht lies ahead of me
i let it all slip away
i didn't hold back
slowly sheded my skin

trying to return from where i came from
one by one i'm putting them back together
trying to heal a broken heart
trying to mend a wounded skin.
