I tried…

It wasn’t hard, it wasn’t easy

It wasn’t anything in between





I tried…

I gave it up, threw them all away

I’m trying to come clean.





I looked back…

Wondering if you’re still there

And you were: just sitting, still anticipating





I turned away…

Hoping that if I did

You’d just vanish in mid air





But you didn’t…

You stayed with me

Haunting me almost everyday





I feel you…

It makes me scared

And I don’t want to be alone
