You led me on so horribly bad, had everyone thinking it was true
That you were into to me, as much as I was into you
But then you changed your mind, and said you had no chance
Your actions you left behind, you ran from potential romance.

Now you’re into someone else, you’ve left me here alone
You say you didn’t like me, but truth slipped from your tone.
So now I know that all it is, you’re just afraid of something hard
Scared that if things don’t work out, your ego will be scarred.

What’s life worth living, without sometimes taking risks?
Don’t you know what won’t happen, and how much you will miss?
So don’t give me that bull about not having a chance with me.
Try taking a chance for once, and come over here and see.
