Caught in the middle,
In between two good friends.
Forced to choose sides
Impossible without offends.
I go this way, I outrage one,
I go that way, I disturb the other.
How do i please both side?
With offending each other?
One expects me to agree,
The other wants to disagree.
Do I follow my opinion?
Or just try to run and flee?
Run from the situation
And wait for things to calm down?
Let them handle it,
Without ME causing them frown.
I'll try to give advice,
That will help them make up
To forget the whole thing,
And don't let it erupt.
Just forgive and forget,
Begin fresh and clean.
That IS what is best,
Without causing a scene.
