In the coldness of the dark
Lays a girl
Sprawled out on her bed, eyes open
Not breathing
Knife in one hand
Picture in the other
A picture of the one who hurt her
Made her hate herself
Never to forgive him
She dies
To hell she'll go
Such a betrayal to her family
Growing up, suicide was a crime
Not an answer to any problems
But she did it anyway
Forgetting what would happen.
