Within the midnight of my soul
I lay here dying.

My eyes frozen open
against the chilling
absence of light.

Deep within my skin
this paleness quickens.
As these demons of
death invade my mind.

This child, your lover
Whom once held life.

This child, unlike no
other,
Is gone to you
forever.

Come back to you?
She'll never...........
You've poisoned her
Through all your endless
lies.
