A Lovely Night

Does your heart beat as fast as mine?
Let us lie here for a second longer,
Our fingers entwined,
As our spirits rise with the moon.

Does you breath hasten too?
A soft whisper; a gentle kiss,
With passion renewed,
Your eyes twinkle like the stars.

Do you see that shooting star?
How marvelous with its brilliance,
Its radiance shines far!
But our love shines brighter.

Are you a divine being?
Your skin glows with warmth,
This is one moment, one feeling,
This love is our bond.
