Darkness comes
And gains all,
Spreading like a virus
In the air,
Infecting
And poisoning everything,
Overrunning the weak,
Destroying the strong,
It can not be killed
Or destroyed,
But banished
And hidden for eternity.

So do we fight
Or bow down,
Must always
The good vs. the evil,
We only half – creatures
With a wavering core,
Half an aggressive beast,
Half a good civilian.

Darkness lives and thrives
In Civilization,
Hiding
In shadowy alleys
And street corners,
Causing chaos
And despair
In it’s awake,
Once awhile a few chosen heroes
Come along,
To save us
From ourselves,
Foraging a never-ending war
With the shadows of evil,
We wait
For knights in shining armor
To come to the rescue,
But will they come
If we call?
