The dreamer seeks
The unknown,
However, we deny
The knowledge of darkness,
That comes from
It's realms,
And which lives
Within us,
But we must go through it,
To reach the pure light.

Pain and scars
Are the price
For being rejected,
Love and happiness
Are the few rewards,
As a dreamer learns
To overcome their pain
Through their dreams.

The soul searches
For the imagination,
To find hope
With a little pain.
