I'm sitting here in first block, algebra;
My mind wonders off to you.
I try to go back to 9x times 3,
But it's unclear, and I can't do.
I wonder if I'm ever on your mind;
Do you ever just think of me?
Have I ever suddenly popped in your head,
In the middle of maybe history?
I'm not sure you have realized it--
I find it hard to tell you what's on my mind
I really miss being able to see you
But I can remember it well, your brown eyes
As the dawn breaks each morning
I'm already looking forward to our daily call
You're first and last on my mind each day
How often do you think of me-- if at all
I ponder on whether I care too much
Specifying on if I'm in too deep
Sometimes I don't even care
Just as long as you're here with me
But there are those times when I do
Times when it's as if you don't want me there
Then I try to walk away or try to let it go
But too much, seems that I care
The hand moves as time ticks away
As I sit here and think of you still
Sometimes I wish I could just tell it all
And let you in on everything I feel
You're more to me than you might think
The little things you say and little things you do
Why do I find it so hard to express myself
When I have to say is, "I love you."
