Questions

So many questions are there
Waiting for an answer,
Death,
Existence,
And desire,
Come knocking
On my mind’s door, tonight,
Dreams whisper the ideas
Yet not spoken,
The desire to create comes
With a mountain of strength,
Existence comes
With the gift of memories,
Death brings a reminder
Of my last days.

I hope no one
Sees my pain,
The twisted side
Of truth in me,
Imagining the happiest
But worst of situations,
Let my mind return to logic,
And leave my fairytales behind,
Questions will remain
To fill their place,
Will someone help me
Find the answers?

Come and look
Inside of yourself,
The answers wait
Inside the darkness,
Only finding them
Will bring the light back,
However, emptiness must remain,
To make the questions
We must ask,
Still the answers we seek
Will remain hidden within,
But do we dare search within
Our souls to find them?
