In my wide eyes of wonder
I've never seen a sight such as this.
With the curtains pulled back
To within an inch of their life
And our lives on the big screen.
My heart cares not to stop beating.
Sublime change in such a pure thing
With which I've been mistaken.
And I have only myself to blame.
