“Trapped in A Box”
By: J. Cote’

1 I’m trapped in a box, of tremendous size,
And nobody knows that I’m in disguise.
Am I a fag? Or am I bi?
So I wait, for a message from the sky.

2 Why does he pick on me? Why does he care?
He thinks he’s just joking, to me, it’s unfair.
“Look at her!” He says, “Isn’t she hot?”
Sorry, I have dreams of men. Her, not.

3 Why does it have to be this way? You may say,
Sorry again, but I will be me any day.
So I conclude, that I am gay,
Please close the door, on your way.
