Gagging My Life Away
(J. Cote’)

Somebody
Unleash me from this prison cell, for I am locked inside
I’m bored to tears, nothing to do, so I drank herbicide.
3 bottles of naprosin and a gallon of miracle grow,
I need to finish what I started; now I will go and blow
Somebody gag this batch of death, cause I am busy
Don’t try and change me now, for I’m in suicide.

I'm in a state of mind, waiting for my death
As I lie on my bed, I remember of the past
Maybe this was a mistake, like my pappy said
I recall when he drank up, he was all and dead
Hell, Ill just go off now, and brew up some meth
No, wait, I have a better idea, let’s go in rehab.

Oh, I am all and better now. There was no reason
For me to kill myself, and gag my life away
Yeah I am gay, but that doesn’t mean
That I will never get someone, cause of some mean old bean
So thank you and goodnight, for listening to me
Now go away and close the door, for I am paying my fees.
