I can say i do not care,
and that it doesn't even matter.
Telling you i wouldn't dare,
plus its not like we would chatter.

I can pass you in the hall,
and act like you don't hurt me.
i can see you in the mall,
but still you still don't see me.

this pain is growing bigger,
and its really spreading fast.
my thoughts just seem to linger,
on how were never going to last.

I can say that you mean nothing,
and i could never ever share.
my truth for you is you mean something,
