Perfect Illusion

my lipstick is smeared
and you ruined this
i was so prefectly done up
i was made up to break up
i was prefectly illusioned
but the more you look the less i say
i can't stand you looking at me that way
i've told you this, i've told you this
and yet you remain unphased.
well how can you look at my tear stained face
my mascara is far past running
wide eyed and biting your lip
for once, will you just say what you mean?
i've known you for years
and i barely know you
you claim to know me well.
