Who has ever felt down
Who once had a smile
That turned to a frown

Who want to get through life
And everyday succeed
Without using their knife

Who use all the drugs
When all they really needed
Was simply love and hugs

Who reach for the rope
Who’ve lost everything
Including their hope

We all rid of our pain
We wish we could we could throw it all away
Say goodbye to it all
Never to see it another day

We know it’s not easy
We’ve all really tried
But a lot of us failed
And again cried

But we all need to hang on
No matter how hard it gets
All of us make mistakes
And we all have our regrets

We are all strong in some way
You might not think it’s true
But I know what it feels like
I have a similar pain too

We all can beat this
We can’t let them win
