I have lost you somewhere,
Beneath those evil lies.
Something in your eyes has changed,
But it was nothing I did wrong.
We used to stand beside each other,
Strong like the pillars of a house.
So powerful and ever-lasting
Were our promises of trust.
But you lost control of the flame,
As it all burned down to dust.
Don’t ask me of forgiveness,
We know it’s you to blame
For shattering our friendship,
And ending things this way.
Watch me as my heart breaks,
And feel the burn of regret.
My un-cried tears are few,
