Someone To Call My Own

2003 Camp Oak Hill
This light skinnened brotha was dressed to kill.
When I looked at him, I got the chills.

I wanted him and not his friend
but our relationship came to an end,
There Alex was fine as hell.
He was there to treat me wel.

He swooped me off my feet
he claimed me as his girl to be.

It's been 2 weeks and summers gone.
He called me that night when he got home.
He asked me out and I couldn't wait
for us to go out on a date.

We've been together now for 2 long months.
He lives in Texes and I don't see him much.

But he takes the time out of his day
to send a sweet email to his baby.
He's in love with me then i am more than with him,
I had no idea I could feel this way about him.

But everynight we talk on the phone,
I finally have someone to call... My Own!
