Escape

The razor shines in the light
Just once more, it will be all right
Finally a reason to cry
Continuing the routine with a sigh
Sharp for an even faster escape
Soo many problems it's never too late
Hiding from the blind eye
Ask me what it's from i'll lie
Close my eyes invite the pain
Watch myself pour out, it's always been the same
Twice a month, every week
Happiness dare i seek?
Can never amount to the needs of society
Forget then as long as i can bleed
No one understands why i do this
The blade craves my wrist
Hiding from the blind eye
Ask me what it's from i'll lie
Close my eyes and invite the pain
Watch myself pour out, it's alway been the same
End this confusion at once
Leave not this blade to rust
Bite my lip as i hesitate
Grab it or leave it there to stay?
Think of my treasured escape it can bring
Smile and enjoy the old familiar sting.
