Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock
You hear that alarming clock,
You feel the banging in your chest,
the wonders of no eternal rest.
You can't see past the darkness.
You begin to feel the sleepiness.
You fall into a sweet nightmare.
Horrors begin to pull your hair.
Darkness turns into fear,
on your face is a tear.
You begin to weep in terror.
You just can't stand the horror.
You beg yourself to wake up,
you feel your skin tighten up.
You can not awaken,
for your life was forsaken.
