Still Waiting For Tomarrow

I remember the last thing,
He ever said to me,
I remember his smile,
And his eyes I still see.

The sun shinned on his face,
As he got in his car,
He blew me a kiss as he drove away,
Aparently he didn't get to far.

A car was speeding closer,
With someone drunk inside,
He tryed to swearve away,
And that was the day he died.

I heard the screaching tires,
The shattering of glass,
He hit the pavement and screamed,
And thats what I heard last.

I ran over to him,
Crying so hard,
The sirens rang,
And forever I was scarred.

He was in so much pain,
A tear rolled down his face,
He grabbed onto my hand,
But his eyes drifted off into space.

He squeezed my hand tight,
Then it became weak,
He tried to look up at me,
But fell back onto his cut up cheek.

His eyes were closed,
And his hand fell out of mine,
I never thought I'd stop crying,
I never thought I'd be fine.

I remember the last thing,
He ever said to me,
I remember his smile,
And his eyes I still see.

He said,
"I'll see you tomarrow, I love you, and good-bye"...
I'm still waiting for tomarrow. I will wait until I die.
