A tear drops from my eye,
but your not there to catch it,
your just a face in the crowd of thousands,
but it's so familiar and comforting.

I know your far away but one day,
you'll be here to...
catch me when I fall,
heal me when I bleed,
save me before I die.

Just one look into your eyes,
the color of hazel so plain,
but there's a caring ness,
that helps me get through everyday.

Every word that you speak,
makes me laugh, believe, and love,
your voice now so familiar,
speaking thoughts straight from the heart.

A person so forgiving,
more forgiving than myself,
I don't deserve to be taken back so easily in my guilt,
but you won't have it any other way.

"What is love?" many ask but can't find,
I know when I look at you,
two hearts bound together,
but when we finally touch it will be forever.

In life we grow so close,
but it's hard in our life styles so complex,
in death we live eternally...
one with the other,
hand in hand,
heart with heart,
ever resting souls never part.
