Lust?

At the end of the tunnel,
She sees a light.
Very dull, but enough to guide her.
The center has been empty,
for far too long.
Now it's overwhelmed by feeling.
The kindness of another.
The beauty of passion,
Rushing through veins,
Exploding; parting their lips.
And here they are,
But where's the love?
She misunderstood.
Silly, unfortunate girl.
The letters have been changed.
She has misread.
Mistaken the two.
How can this be?
Something so amazing, so beautiful
Is only a game?
Nothing more than what he wanted,
Nothing more than what she'll get.
Lust for his lover,
And he forgets.
